Music is an essential part of any culture. Bangladesh is a country that values culture. Music, like other essentials, is an integral component of our everyday lives. Bangladesh is now competing with other countries in the creation of all types of music.

People of all ages like becoming immersed in the beat of music and murmuring along with the melodies. Let us learn about the greatest musical bands that have improved Bangladeshi culture and spread it around the country.

1. Nogor Baul

James, the lead singer of the band "Nogor Baul," is well-known. He is one of Bangladesh's top singers. Faruque Mahfuz Anam is his full name. People refer to him as the "Guru" of Bangla Music. He has also provided musical accompaniment for a number of Bollywood films. As a result, his fame has expanded throughout India.

Nogor Baul

James started the band in 1977. This band's other members are Funty on drums, Swapan on bass guitar, and Pablo on keyboards and back vocals.

Throughout their long existence, "Nagar Baul" has only issued four studio albums. Popular songs include "Kobita," "Taray Taray Rotiye Debo," "Pagla Hawa," "Mirabai," and "Amar Shonar Bangla."

2. Aurthohin

The band "Aurthohin" has been active since 1998. Saidus Sumon, often known as "Bass Baba" in Bangladesh, is the band's major face. People in Bangladesh see him as the greatest bassist in the country. He's also the band's lead vocalist.

Shishir on guitars and keyboards, Mark Don on drums and back vocals, and Mahaan Fahim on guitars are the other members. Raef Al Hasan Rafa, a well-known Bangladeshi musician, was once a member of Aurthohin. In 2016, he parted ways with the band.

This band's most well-known songs are "Chaitei Paro," "Anmone," "Epitaph," "Nikrishto," "Odvut Shei Cheleti," and others. Aurthohin has so far released seven albums.

3. LRB

Many people are unaware of the band's entire name, "Love Runs Blind" In 1991, the band was created. Ayub Bachchu, a well-known musician, founded this band. He was regarded as one of Bangladesh's top guitarists.

At the moment, the members of this band are Swapan, who plays guitar and is also the band's vocalist, and Mizan, who is also the band's vocalist. LRB has published 14 albums to date, with the most recent being released in 2016.

LRB has given fans exquisite tunes such as "Shei Tumi," "Hashte Dekho," "Ekhon Onek Raat," "Ashole Keu Shukhi Noy," "Rupali Guitar," "Meye," and many more.

4. Miles

Miles is a very ancient Bangladeshi music band. This is due to the fact that the band was established in 1979. They are well-liked in both Bangladesh and West Bengal. Happy Akhand, a well-known musician in Bangladesh, founded this band.

Hamin Ahmed and Shafin Ahmed are the band's new frontmen. The band's vocalists and bassists are these two brothers. Jewel plays lead guitar, Turjo plays drums, and Manam plays keyboards.

So far, the band has released eleven studio albums. They also issued a compilation CD titled "Best of Miles." Popular songs include "Firiye Dao," "Neela," "Hridoyhina," "Jala Jala," "Dhiki Dhiki," and "Aaj Jonmodin Tomar."

5. Artcell

In recent years,Artcell has risen to the top of the rankings. Artcell first performed in Bangladesh in 1999. This band is equally popular in Kolkata as it is in Bangladesh.

George Lincoln D'Costa is the band's new frontman. Ershad Zaman, another lead singer, quit the band in 2017. Shaju on drums, Faisal on lead guitar, and Cezanne on bass are the other members.

The band has only issued two albums, "Onno Shomoy" (2002) and "Oniket Prantor" (2004). (2006). "Oniket Prantor" is Artcell's most popular song. Other famous songs include "Dhushor Shomoy," "Amar Poth Chola," "Dukkho Bilash," "Obosh Onuvutir Deyal," "Ei Brishti Veja Raate," "Tomake," and "Ei Bidaye."

6.Warfaze

Warfaze is another well-known music group in Bangladesh. It is recognized as Bangladesh's "Pioneer Heavy Metal Band." They began their trip in 1984, but gained prominence mostly around 1991.

Many people regard the band's founder, Ibrahim Ahmed Kamal, as the finest guitarist in Bangladesh. Other members of this band are Tipu on drums and percussion, Ghani on keyboards, Roger on bass, Hafiz on guitar, and Palash Noor on vocals.

Warfaze has so far released eight albums. The band Warfaze's most well-known song is "Purnota." Other famous songs by the band include "Joto Dure," "Tomake," "Rupkotha," "Obak Bhalobasha," "Mone Pore," and others.

7.Shironamhin

Shironamhin is well-known for combining three genres of music: classical, rock, and folk. The band occasionally employs classical instruments such as the flute, Esraj, Sarod, cello, and violin.

Tanzir Tuhin was previously recognized as the band's lead vocalist. In 2017, he parted ways with the band. Shafin is now on drums, Diat is on guitar, Symon is on keyboard, Zia is on bass, and Ishtiaque is on vocals.

In 1996, the band began entertaining us. They've published five albums since then. They also included several Rabindra Sangeets. Popular "Shironamhin" songs include "Hashimukh," "Abar Hashimukh," "Ei Obelay," "Valobasha Megh," "Cafeteria," "Bondho Janala," "Jadukor," "Bohemian," and others.

8. Nemesis

Nemesis, a well-known Bangladeshi band, began their musical career in 1999. Since the release of their debut studio album, they have grown in popularity in Bangladesh.

They are better known for singing rock songs in various ways than other bands. The band is particularly well-known for their appearances at charitable events.

They have only released three studio albums, "Onneshon," "Tritiyo Jatra," and "Gonojowar." Zohad Reza Chowdhury is the band's frontman. Ratul on bass and supporting vocals, Rafsan on guitar and backing vocals, Zafir on guitars, and Dio on drums round out the lineup.

Nemesis has given us many popular songs, including "Kobe," "Obocheton," "Shopnoshur," "Dhushor Vabona," "Gonojowar," "Janala," and "Bir."

9. Arbovirus

The band "Arbovirus" began their adventure in 2002. Sufi Maverick is the lead vocalist for Arbovirus. Suharto Sherif, who plays guitar, assists him by providing background vocals. Ranjan, a guitarist and songwriter, Aldnane Alam, a bassist, and Nafeez, a drummer, are the other members of "Arbovirus."

The band has released three studio albums, each with a unique title. "64m 53s," "Montobbo Nishproyojon," and "Bishesh Droshtobbo" are the names. Arbovirus has provided us with songs like "Hariye Jao," which is one of the most popular Bangladeshi Band tunes.

Other popular songs include "School," "Omanush," "Shohor," "Roder Kinaray," and "Bhenge Felo." They consistently bring up different lyrics by emphasizing uncommon concerns.

10. Joler Gaan

In recent years, the band "Joler Gaan" has become one of Bangladesh's most popular music groups. They began their voyage in the year 2006. They have used folk song style as their major musical component, which has set them apart from other bands.

The simple lines, which are derived from our daily lives, also appeal to listeners. They favor portable musical instruments over electric instruments. Rahul Ananda is the band's major face. There are more than six people who play traditional instruments such as harmonium, dhol, and so on.

Two albums have previously been issued by "Joler Gaan." "Bokul Phool" and "Emon Jodi Hoto" are two of their most popular songs.
