LRB released the first double album in Bangladesh, LRB I and LRB II, in 1992 after signing with Sargam Records. Their third album, "(Happiness)" (1993), helped them achieve tremendous commercial success in the country and featured the song "(Let's Change)," which is one of the most famous rock songs in Bangladesh. Their fame grew with hit albums such as "তবুও (Yet)" (1994), "ঘুমন্ত শহরে (In the Sleeping City)" (1995), and others. In September 1996, they released "Ferari Mon: Unplugged Live," Bangladesh's first live album. They are the only Bangladeshi band to have performed at New York's Madison Square Garden. They gained mainstream prominence in the early 1990s and, together with Ark and Nagar Baul, were able to make hard rock music in Bangladesh in the 1990s successfully. Ayub Bachchu's main vocalist and guitarist died of cardiac failure in his own home in October 2018. Bachchu made his final concert four days before his death in Rangpur, Bangladesh.
