TMSS Nursing College (TNC), established in 2008, is located in the tranquil setting of Thengamara, Bogura, beside the Bogura Rangpur Highway, approximately six kilometers north of Bogura Town. The college initially secured approval from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare (MOH&FW) for a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (Post Basic) program with 30 seats on December 24, 2008. The course is affiliated with Rajshahi University, with admissions beginning in the 2009-10 academic session. The capacity was later increased to 40 seats from the 2017-2018 session, following approval from both the MOH&FW and Rajshahi University.

TNC boasts a team of 34 faculty members, comprising teaching doctors, teaching nurses, and general educators. The college offers a comprehensive education, with a focus on theoretical classes, practical sessions, and clinical training at affiliated hospitals. To ensure academic excellence, regular class tests, model tests, and additional sessions are conducted. The library, open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, provides a conducive environment for study, equipped with modern amenities like computers with internet access and Wi-Fi. 

The academic building houses eight specialized labs: Demonstration lab, Midwifery lab, Anatomy lab, Physiology lab, Microbiology lab, Nutrition lab, English Skill lab, and Computer lab, all equipped with the necessary instruments for hands-on training. Beyond academics, TNC emphasizes extracurricular activities to nurture students' physical, social, and spiritual development. The college regularly organizes events like educational tours, Student Week, psychiatric and community visits, observation of International Nurses' Day and International Midwifery Day, annual picnics, and more.

For students requiring additional support, TNC offers extra classes and clinical training at the 1,000-bedded TMSS Medical College and Rafatullah Community Hospital. The college employs interactive teaching methods, with lectures delivered using multimedia projectors and sound systems to enhance the learning experience.
