Established in 1987, Shah Fatehullah Textile Mills Ltd (SFTML) holds the distinction of being the first private spinning factory in Bangladesh. Since its inception, SFTML has been at the forefront of revolutionizing the textile and garment industry in the country. Through the introduction of modern spinning processes, SFTML has significantly contributed to shaping Bangladesh's textile sector, which has now grown into a thriving market valued at $60 billion annually.

At SFTML, we are currently undertaking a comprehensive Balancing, Modernization, Rehabilitation, and Expansion (BMRE) project. This initiative is geared towards transforming SFTML into a fully export-oriented mill, aligning with the evolving needs of the global market. Central to our operations is the spinning process, a fundamental technique that involves drawing out fibers and winding them onto bobbins. While seemingly straightforward, this process is a vital component of our operations, especially considering its scarcity in Bangladesh's textile landscape.
