Refund Policy

• You may ask for a refund if a training/workshop reschedules for the second time.
• If you have an emergency after enrolment to a training/workshop, you may request to transfer the registration fee to another ongoing/upcoming training/workshop.
• If we have to permanently cancel a session due to unavoidable circumstances, the registration fee will be automatically refunded to the payee in 7 working days.
