POF Foundation Cancer Hospital & Research Institute is a trustworthy institution to treat cancer infected people of society.  Previously, cancer was an incurable disease. With the advent of technology and medical science, it is no longer an incurable and a foreign disease. With proper care and treatment, the severity of cancer can be demolished.

POF Foundation Cancer Hospital & Research Institute has started its journey in 1993 as an initiative of the Professor Dr. Obayedullah-Ferdousi Foundation. It is now registered as a non-income association in Bangladesh. The sanatorium is a multi-stakeholder platform for all the ones interested in participating in common tasks relating to most cancers around the world.

POF Foundation Cancer Hospital & Research Institute is made of people and corporations which are dedicated to increase, promote and aid tangible upgrades with a view to in the long run create attention and actions as a way to enhance and enlarge the lives of sufferers residing with most cancers worldwide. Professor Dr. Obayedullah-Ferdousi Foundation was launched after completion of a post-graduation course in cancer DMRT i.e. Diploma in Medical Radiotherapy in 1993 by the founder of this foundation Professor Dr. Mollah Obayedullah Baki.
