Nusrat Huda

Nusrat Huda is a dynamic organizational leader and a charismatic soft skills trainer. She is the Director of Training & Development and one of the founders of Brainyard Academy of Smart Skills, a skills development training institute. Also, she holds an MBA in Finance with more than 8 years of teaching experience in Bangladesh.

As a soft skills trainer, Ms. Nusrat has conducted various training sessions for corporations and educational institutions in Bangladesh. She is also currently serving as a Division Director in an international non-profit leadership organization, Toastmasters International. Having been a member since 2014, Ms. Nusrat has achieved various soft skills certifications from Toastmasters International.

Ms. Nusrat won several accolades at both national and international levels for public speaking competitions under Toastmasters International. She has also received the Distinguished Toastmaster award, the highest recognition offered by Toastmasters International to any member, becoming the first female Distinguished Toastmaster from Bangladesh.

Having been born and raised in the Middle East, Nusrat Huda has had the opportunity to gain work experience and exposure in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
