Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical/ EEE.
• MBA in Marketing.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 years

• Proven track record in technical sales or industrial sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand and articulate technical specifications to potential clients.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and market trends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Marketing, Marketing, Sales.
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Power Sector/Engineering Firms/Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell contract manufacturing services to Substation manufacturing companies, focusing on the above product range.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the manufacturing sector.
• Create compelling sales proposals and presentations to close deals.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads and brand awareness.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
