Academic Qualifications

• Diploma in Architecture in Architecture, Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Requirements

• Must have knowledge 2D & 3D design properly, his/her design concept should be well.
• Must have knowledge about residence interior design.
• Must have knowledge 2D & 3D Model, visualization and rendering skill.
• Proper knowledge in 2D drawing.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts based on client needs and project requirements.
• Create detailed 3D models and renderings to visualize design ideas effectively.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Select materials, color schemes, furniture, and décor elements to enhance aesthetic appeal.
• Prepare technical drawings, floor plans, and presentations for client approval.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure design implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and 3D visualization techniques.
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality and timely execution.
