Academic Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• At least 5-7 years’ experiences in any recognized shoe manufacturing company.

Additional Requirements

• Need to have shoe making software knowledge.
• Should have knowledge, how to grade in software.
• Any problem raises in Sample making have to find out the solution and take Corrective action by own self.
• Guide the hole process of a new development.
• New Design as per buyer requirement.
• Develop and manage product cost targets in Collaboration with the finance and Manufacturing tams.
• Ensure all products meet the company’s Quality standards and comply with relevant regulations and Standards.
• Coordinate with Suppliers factory and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of samples and final products.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop original footwear designs that combine aesthetics, comfort, and functionality.
• Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to create innovative designs.
• Select appropriate materials and components for durability, comfort, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with product development and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Create detailed technical drawings, sketches, and specifications using design software.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry regulations and brand identity guidelines.
• Conduct prototype reviews and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in footwear technology and design trends.
• Work closely with suppliers and production teams to ensure high-quality product execution.
