Academic Qualifications

• Masters
• Masters in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Those with CA Course Complete certificate (CACC) will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Additional Requirements

• Profound understanding of financial accounting principles and procedures.
• Extensive experience in journal voucher entries, bank transactions, and documentation.
• Proficiency in financial software like ERP systems, Oracle, and Excel for data management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict timelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for bank payments & reconciliation.
• Ensure details on the purchase indents, purchase orders, and invoices match accurately.
• Receive payment instructions from the Treasury Section.
• Disburse the payments as per the respective means.
• Cross-check the invoice's validity by communicating with the relevant persons using appropriate channels.
• Forward the bill to the appropriate payment authority for processing.
• Receive the authorized bill.
• Process payment disbursement to the supplier.
• Preserve all relevant of documents of the transaction (hard copy, scanned/soft copy, ERP, Oracle, Excel, etc.)
• Responsible for supporting in the preparation of the annual company statement of financial position.
