Academic Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering (Preferable Graduation in Civil Engineering).

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 10 years in relevant field.

Job Responsibilities

• Site development and construction feasibility studies.
• Manage project budget, time line and resource allocation to ensure efficient project implementation.
• Contractor management and liaison with local authorities to ensure clear communication and alignment to project.
• Conduct site inspection & technical expertise to resolve construction and design challenge. 
• Knowledge and strong understanding about industry, new technologies and best practices in Civil Engineering.
• Must need deep experience in BOQ, Civil Engineering, cost estimate, drawing and design, finishing work, interior, project planning, quality control, etc.
• Project reporting to the authorities.
• Skill in Auto CAD for 2D/3D modelling.
• Must have working experience with RSC Audit.

The Manager - Civil Engineer will oversee the planning, design and execution of civil engineering projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
