Academic Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in social media management or e-commerce operations (preferred but not mandatory).

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain a comprehensive social media post calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content delivery.
• Execute engaging social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Google My Business (GMB), YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor and analyze engagement and performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future social media strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Communications, Graphics, and E-commerce Development, to streamline the execution of e-commerce tasks.
• Assist in updating and maintaining accurate and consistent product information, pricing, and descriptions on the website.
• Ensure content accuracy and platform consistency across all digital channels.
• Provide support in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns, including boosting posts or ads as required.
• Troubleshoot basic website and e-commerce-related issues, escalating technical challenges when necessary.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and social media best practices to propose innovative ideas for improvement.
• Work from home or on-site as required, maintaining productivity and clear communication during remote work.
