Job Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning through play and exploration.
• Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning and growth.
• Monitor and assess the progress of each child, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Foster the development of social and emotional skills by encouraging teamwork, empathy, and respect.
• Incorporate music, art, storytelling, and physical activities into daily routines to stimulate creativity and motor skills.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and progress reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings to develop and enhance the curriculum.
• Ensure adherence to safety, health, and hygiene standards.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about their child’s progress and any concerns.
