Academic Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 years

• Should have good communication skills in writing in English language and negotiation skills in all dimensions.

Job Responsibilities

• Banking, Payment processing, software update receivable and payable and others posting in accounting software and report to management actual financial position of company.
• Recording of all transactions in Excel & ERP software.
• Experience with computerized accounting systems is essential.
• Expertise in MS Excel is mandatory. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Recording of all types of Vouchers Prepare bank reconciliation Prepare budget & Salary sheet.
• Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
• Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements to provide company.
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
