Academic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in relevant field

Experience Requirements

• At least 6 years as Coordinator in an English Medium School(s)
• The applicant should have experience in the following area(s) - Education, Education Administration/ Management, School Management.

Skill Requirements:

• Substantial experience in academic leadership, preferably in an educational setting.
• Excellent English-speaking skill.
• No less than 35 years of age.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote high standards in all aspects of school life, particularly in student progress.
• Perform all duties in a professional and timely manner.
• Develop and implement innovative instructional strategies and curricula.
• Review and update the curriculum for relevant trends and educational standards.
• Monitor and handle student progress and academic performance.
• Ability to accurately screen students during admission process.
• Assist with the implementation of the First-Alert program (students on warning, probation).
• Safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the students.
• Liaise with peers and academic personnel to ensure smooth operations.
