Academic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 7+ years in business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a digital platform or marketplace.

Skill Requirements:

• Strong ability to use data to make informed business decisions, with a solid understanding of performance metrics and KPIs.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Partnerships & Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and establish key partnerships with service providers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Market Expansion: Drive initiatives for geographical and service expansion across Bangladesh, leveraging market insights and analytics.
• Revenue Management: Develop revenue models, pricing strategies, and monetization frameworks aligned with business goals.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the business development team, setting clear goals, ensuring accountability, and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key metrics, presenting insights to senior management to guide business strategy.
• Customer Focus: Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our users.
