International Medical College (IMC) is a pioneer among private medical colleges in Bangladesh, being one of the first institutions to receive approval from the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare to offer a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program. Affiliated with Dhaka University, the B. Sc. Nursing Unit was established in 2007 and began its academic journey in 2008.  
The program offers a BSN curriculum through Dhaka University and collaborates with Kean University, New Jersey, USA, on both BSN and MSN programs. Efforts are underway to finalize a formal agreement with Kean University, which would provide students with opportunities to pursue postgraduate education in the USA. To enhance their global readiness, students participate in an English as a Second Language (ESL) certificate course conducted by educators from Kean University. Additionally, students receive priority access to preparatory courses for international licensing exams such as NCLEx and CGFNS, led by the same expert educators.  
The college's program and curriculum are meticulously designed to encompass the essential elements and competencies of healthcare, fostering a robust foundation for future nursing professionals. Experienced and well-trained faculty deliver high-quality, interactive lectures, employing a wide range of teaching and learning methods to ensure an engaging and effective educational experience.

During the internship period, students receive a subsistence wage, and job opportunities are available at International Medical College Hospital (IMCH) upon graduation.
