Imon Chandra Banik

Imon is a young professional with more than 7 years of proven work experience in the field of Accounting, Finance & Procurement in both corporates and NGOs. Currently, he is leading the Finance Department at Panorama Management Advisory Services LLC as a Financial Consultant. He holds a BBA & an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance from the Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB) and the Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) respectively. He has completed the Foundation Level of Chartered Secretary (CS) course and is now pursuing Certificate Level at the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB).

Imon is a versatile manager with keen expertise in financial reporting, analysis, leading financial audits, and reviewing financial records, systems, information & compliance. He also deals with payroll, invoicing, designing & updating charts of accounts, monitoring payment & collection, VAT/Tax issues, grants management, cashflow management, forensic accounting, fraud control, and accounting automation.

ERP Consultancy is one of his core competencies that makes him unique. He is a Cloud Accounting Expert and passed 8 critical certification examinations of Intuit QuickBooks & Xero in one go. In 2022, Imon secured both QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor (QCPA) and Certified Xero Advisor (CXA) designation. Being an ERP Consultant, he engaged himself with some nationally and internationally recognized organizations.

In addition, Imon has created another identity as a Capacity Building Mentor. On July 1, 2023, he founded "BANIK Advisory", an initiative to train and develop youth and corporate professionals. He has been organizing different capacity-building sessions in corporations and universities both online and offline on a regular basis.
