Visa Facilitation Services for Bangladesh or other national seeking visa for select countries in Bangladesh are provided from GFS offices set up in Dhaka, Sylhet and Chittagong. Countries represented are: United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Italy, Sweden, Denmark, Spain and Italy. Standard set by missions are the benchmark for processing of visa applications. It has over 150 employees in its payroll. A number of its employees were rewarded by VFS Global for Outstanding Services. In 2015 a total of about 1.5 lac visa applications were processed through GFS. Besides, GFS is engaged in verification services of documents in respect of immigration services for different missions.
