She was running..........

She was running away from everything. Her parents, her friends, her life, everything.

There was no point in turning around anymore. She had made her choice. She was about to end things tonight once and for all. All she wanted at the moment was the pain to end. She’d been builled at school by her classmates for her looks. She was a shy girl, of course. She stayed quiet and thought it’d be over soon.

But it didn’t.

The boys in her class kept bullying and harassing her. At lunchtimes she’d go to the bathroom and just cry to herself to release the pain. At last she got the courage to talk to the principal about what she’d been going through but he showed no interest in her words at all. Instead he said she’s lucky she gets attention from the boys. Hearing this, she stormed her way out of his room with tears in her eyes. Ever since then her life has been an absolute mess.Everyone in class started bad rumors about her. Even her friends left her vulnerable at a time when she needed help most. She kept getting rude and exploiting messages from her classmates on social media. But it was all too much for her. She couldn’t keep up anymore.Tonight she finally made her choice.

She kept running away from home. She was out of breath but she ran anyway. Because she had to. Her life had no meaning anymore. She had to disappear forever. So she ran and ran all the way until it all became dark…

She woke up. She looked around and saw her mother beside her. She had just realized she was in a hospital bed and her mother and father were both there. They started crying and saying how much they loved her and it’s all gonna be okay. Her mother squeezed her hand and said, “we’re so sorry dear. We didn’t know you were having thoughts about harming yourself. But know that your father and I will always be there for you, no matter what. If there’s anything that troubles you, just talk to us. Okay?  She couldn’t hold her tears aback. After a few moments she finally said, “Okay”

Ever since then, she stopped running.
