Surasree was founded in the year 1968 in Dhaka, Bangladesh to serve Bangladesh music industry. After our Liberation war in 1971, there was a significant change in our music industry. Then we change our old company name Surasree to New Surasree 1972. That time "Rock & Roll" which is now called "Band Music" was very popular among the young crowd and demand for popular musical instruments kick-started and Surasree was and is always there to fulfill their various needs. We have our own factory where we produce local musical instruments like Harmonium, Tabla & Baya, Acoustic Guitar, Drum set, etc. We are involved in dealing with traditional acoustic instruments to modern musical instruments.
