First, we request our car user and driver “Prediagnostic question (PDQ)” and write down the problem in the job card.
Drive the car with the driver to find the problem physically.
Use modern diagnostic equipment for the diagnosis of problems by automobile engineers.
After ensuring the problem job transfer to a skilled technician for the necessary repair.
Automobile engineers follow up on the job progress from time to time.
After finish, our engineer drives the vehicle to ensure service quality.
The driver drives the car with an automobile engineer and ensures vehicle performance before the delivery.
Respective engineer follows up the post-service after few days of care delivery.
