To promote trade, commerce, industry and investment between Bangladesh and Malaysia both in private and public sectors, fostering mutual understanding and closer economic cooperation between the two countries to contribute towards the advancement of both the Bangladesh and Malaysia economy. To provide information and assistance to Bangladeshi and Malaysian firms seeking to do business in Bangladesh and Malaysia who are interested to expand business activities between themselves.

To make ease of business, to eliminate trade barriers, to make business friendly environment, to share the experience of entrepreneurs of both the countries on trade, commerce & Industry.

BMCCI organized the First Bangladesh-Malaysia Business Forum in 2004 in Dhaka wherein the former Prime Minister and the Architect of modern Malaysia Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad presented his keynote Speech on “Malaysia 2020: From Vision to Reality”. BMCCI is regularly organizing the “Showcase Malaysia 2008, 2011, 2013, 2015 & 2017” in Dhaka, & “Showcase Bangladesh 2010, 2012, 2014 & 2019” in Malaysia.

BMCCI Jointly arranged with MASSA a Dialogue Session with prospective Malaysian investors on 20th May, 2010 in Hotel Istana, Kuala Lumpur wherein our Hon’ble Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina Wazed, M.P. addressed on investment opportunities in Bangladesh.
