Adil Shah has been working in training for more than 11 years with different industries and business segments, i.e Information Technology, ISP/IIG/IGW, Engineering & Infrastructure Development, Mega Projects, Power, Manufacturing, FMCG, Real Estate, Automobile, Agro, Footwear, Leather and so on.

Adil Shah has completed MBA from Dhaka University and BBA from Independent University Bangladesh in International Business and HRM respectively. He was also awarded the certificate called HRMC from IBA, Dhaka University. Additionally, he completed PGD in HRM from the Bangladesh Institute of Management.

From a professional perspective, he added PMP (Project Management Professional from PMI, USA) and CSM (Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance, USA) certificates to his knowledge repositories.

Throughout his seamless journey in the corporate world, he created himself as a versatile and dynamic trainer in soft skill training in HR, Sales & Marketing.
