Abdullah Al Noman completed his Bachelor in Business Administration from Khulna University and began his career as a Business Development Executive in an International Training and Consulting Firm. During his undergraduate years, he worked as the PR Manager at TedxKhulnaUniversity and organized the first TedTalk event in the southern part of Bangladesh. He also served as the Head of HR at Podium Khulna University, a renowned public speaking club, and as the Divisional Coordinator of BYLC Graduate Network, which offers leadership training based on the Harvard Curriculum. Additionally, he volunteered and served as a volunteer trainer for Moner School, a mental health-based startup. For his outstanding contributions, Abdullah Al Noman was honored by his University Vice-Chancellor. He achieved the 4th position in a nationwide Idea competition, and he was named the Divisional Champion and National Runner-up of Bangladesh Youthfest, an event organized by Bangladesh Brand Forum.
In 2018, Abdullah Al Noman applied for Oxford Summer Courses and received a positive response from them. He joined Metafour in 2021 as Assistant Manager - HR & Marketing. Abdullah Al Noman is intrigued by roles that require a balance between the analytical and creative aspects of the brain. He considers himself a people person and derives genuine joy from assisting loved ones and colleagues.
Abdullah Al Noman has completed the "Art and Practice of Leadership" training twice, which has equipped him with the skills to apply adaptive solutions to challenges in both his workplace and personal life. This training program was designed based on the Harvard Curriculum. He firmly believes that moderate talent, when coupled with discipline and learning agility, can work wonders.
