As the representative of the private sector, they deemed to be more responsible for the overall negative externalities of economic activities. So, the 3rd generation chamber became “Society Oriented” and this path of Chamber, Chamber 3.0 executed some initiatives of CSR activities promotion, some part in environment campaign, Youth Enabling, Women Empowerment Project, and many others appear in charity activities. Chamber 4.0 focused on sustainability and more efficient activities that would be more inclusive and more participative. As fourth-generation leaders of umbrella chamber, aligned with 4IR, we engage with Business Communities of international partners to cooperate in new avenues of growth through Joint High tech research, development and innovation incubators, JVs on light, medium and heavy industries, Knowledge transfer to transition from 3rd IR to 4th IR including service sector cooperation in ICT, nanotechnology, robotics, IoT, cybersecurity, AI, quantum computing, quantum internet among others, Business process re-engineering by creating MSMEs pool, Joint exploration and Joint ventures on the blue economy, More importantly, knowledge transfer for industry-academia HR skill gap, TVET curriculum to address those gap, Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics (STEAM) curriculum transfer to address mid-level management HR requirements, re-skilling and 4IR HR demands, More engagement among the national and international chambers, ADR Center.
