He is the founder of Sylhet Jubo Academy (SJA); founder member of Voluntary Association for Rural Development; Chair-person of Association of Development Agencies in Bangladesh (ADAB) Sylhet chapter in 1997-98; Former Executive Committee Member of National STI/AIDS Network of Bangladesh; National Executive Member of National Forum of Organizations Working with the Disabled (NFOWD) for several tenure; former Vice President of National Association for Sports of Persons with Disability (NASPD)-Sylhet; Ex Executive Committee Member of Public Private Partnership (PPP) Network of Nicare Bangladesh; Founder National Committee Member of ‘We Can Alliance’ a platform to end domestic violence.
