Special education and training can help people with autism to progress socially, physically, emotionally, and intellectually. Keeping that in mind, FARE works for children with autism by providing proper care, service, and rehabilitation. The elite people of the society are the members of the executive committee as the governing body in the organization. The Deputy Commissioner of Chittagong is the president of the organization.
