Following this vision, Southern Automobiles Ltd. was officially registered with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies, Bangladesh on February 1, 2001. The company embarked on its CNG business journey on November 12, 2001, after receiving approval from the Energy and Mineral Resource Division, Ministry of Power Energy and Mineral Resources, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.nSubsequently, in October 2014, we expanded our services to include LPG Conversion, and in 2022, we introduced Hybrid Car Repair and Maintenance with EV capabilities.
