Sheltech (Pvt.) Ltd. is one of the pioneers in the Real Estate and Housing Industry of Bangladesh and one of the founding members of the Real Estate & Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). Sheltech was established in 1988, with simple but heartfelt pledge to provide quality homes for the residents of Dhaka city. We carefully handpicked our team of engineers, architects and management professionals, and transformed Sheltech into a company that could rise to the rapidly growing housing challenges of the city. Now 28 years later, Sheltech has constructed over 3000 apartments all around Dhaka city, and has become a household name for real estate.    All Sheltech buildings are designed according to the guidelines stated in the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC, 2006) and are capable of withstanding the code-specified natural forces like earthquake and wind. We have experienced engineers on site that ensure construction is being conducted exactly according to design, and a separate safety and quality control team that monitor all construction activities, test material and workmanship quality, and train our workers in terms of site-safety. In recognition of our quality construction and management practices in the real estate development sector, Sheltech was the first developer to be awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certificate, the latest international standard for quality control.    At Sheltech, we believe that our most important achievement to date has been earning the trust and confidence of our clients and patrons.
