Sheikh Hasina University of Netrokona (Bengali: শেখ হাসিনা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় ) is a public university sponsored by the government of Bangladesh. In a daily cabinet meeting chaired by the Prime Minister on 30 January 2017, the Actions for the University of Sheikh Hasina in the District of Netrokona is decided in principle. The original proposal was to set up a university in Netrokona for science and technology, but it was later revised.
