She holds an MBA in Finance with more than 8 years of teaching experience in Bangladesh. Nusrat Huda is one of the founders and the Director of Training & Development of Brainyard Academy of Smart Skills (BASS), a skills development training institution based in Chittagong. She holds an MBA in Finance with more than 8 years of teaching experience in Bangladesh. As a trainer, She has conducted various sessions on soft skills for corporations and educational institutions in Chittagong, Bangladesh. She is also currently serving as a Division Director for Toastmasters International in Bangladesh with 12 toastmasters clubs under my belt. As a member of Toastmasters International, She became the first female from Bangladesh to receive the Distinguished Toastmaster award, which is the highest educational award given by Toastmasters International to any individual. She has also won various accolades in both national and international level public speaking competitions as a toastmaster. Having been born and raised in the middle east, She has had the opportunity to gain work experience and exposure in a multicultural and dynamic environment.
