As a seasoned professional with experience in client service delivery and stakeholder management, I have a proven track record of success in the travel and finance industries. I am a results-driven individual who is able to work independently or as part of a team to exceed expectations and drive business growth.In my most recent role as Senior Executive at Mastermind Tours & Travels, I was responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through in-person and over-the-phone ticket sales. I worked closely with B2B stakeholders and the CVB board of directors to develop and implement strategies, programs, and policies to promote tourism while also negotiating budgets with clients. Through my efforts, I was able to identify and meet client's needs, resulting in increased revenue and the development of new research-based advertising strategies that will continue to increase the leisure travel market. Additionally, I was responsible for designing Covid-specific travel packages and branding materials that helped to create a safer and more enjoyable travel experience.Prior to my role at Mastermind, I served as Assistant Relationship Manager at IPDC Finance where I provided support and consultation on primary contractual documents and processes. I monitored supplier performance against established service level commitments and client expectations and worked to close gaps. In addition, I was responsible for responding to and resolving ad hoc client maintenance queries, credit processing, and supporting various project initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert. My ability to collaborate with the Front Office Support team ensured appropriate and timely coverage of client and RM needs, resulting in improved overall client satisfaction.
