Asia Holding & Development Ltd. was established in 2014 with a group of highly motivated professionals who possess over 15 years of hands - on experience in managing real estate and with successful entrepreneurs. The company was formed with an objective to be a contributor in the country’s real estate sector with innovation and professional commitment which directly and indirectly contributes towards boosting the country’s economy.  At the outset we aimed at building cost-effective residential projects for middle-income and upper-middle-income families in strategically located growing areas in Dhaka city. In the long run, we intend to focus on building eco friendly mega projects like townships, commercial buildings in different business hubs and also on expanding our operation in other major cities
